Debtech is managing all aspects of the design, construction and delivery of this inner-city project involving the demolition of five existing two-storey townhouses and the construction of eight three-storey townhouses with roof terraces and basement parking.
Debtech is involved with the entire process from; reviewing the demolition contract; working collaboratively with the client, architect, consultants and the builder on the design process; reviewing and advising on drawings and specifications to ensure authorities and development approvals are met; assisting with the preparation of the scope of works; tender negotiation; and contract preparation including terms and conditions.
Debtech is managing the project during the construction period to ensure that the program, budget and quality measures are achieved.
